2025 - Pilates Advent - Join for a seasonal, warming end of year class online.
SATURDAY 6 DECEMBER/ 09:45-10:30AM.
Join Judy live on zoom for an end of year mat class to wake up your body. Expect to feel energised, stretched, stronger and all the better for some daily practice at this busy time of year. A recording will be made and sent out straight after the class if you would prefer to do it at a different time of day….. or when you need it in this busy month.
*All proceeds of this class will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.
No dress code, you will need a mat and can roll out of bed in your PJ’s - please be comfortable and cosy!
